I have been in the mind-body healing path since 00. I graduated massage school then and I have studied Reiki and craniosacral therapy. I believe in the relationship to energy, whether it be through breath, emotions, or healing modalities, like Reiki. I have many Reiki sessions with many different practitioners. I find Heathers work to be through, deep and supportive. I have had some profound, unexpected insights arise, the next day after our sessions.
